Ghazal: Aye Mohabbat Tere Anjaam Pe Rona Aaya

Lyrics: Shakeel Badayuni
Singer: Begum Akhtar

Aye Mohabbat Tere Anjaam Pe Rona Aaya
Jaane Kyon Aaj Tere Naam Pe Rona Aaya

Yun Toh Har Shaam Ummido Mein Guzar Jaati Hai
Aaj Kuch Baat Hai Jo Shaam Pe Rona Aaya

Kabhi Taqdeer Ka Matam  Kabhi Duniya Ka Gila
Manzil-e-Ishq Mein Har Gam Pe Rona Aaya

Jab Hua Zikr Zamane Mein Mohabbat Ka ‘Shakeel’
Mujh Ko Apane Dil-e-Nakaam Pe Rona Aaya

  1. na jaane kya baat hai is gazal main ki honthon pe aksar ye nagmaa aa jata hai..
dil ko chhu kar ruh tak jaati hai gazal..
ashq palkon pe thahar jaate hain naa jaane kyon.
na jaane kyon is gazal ka har lafz apna haale dil lagata hai..

  2. Jab ye Ghazal sunta hu mai,
    Aisa ahsaas hota hai ,
Dil ka haal jo barsoo se,
    Chupa rakkha tha maine,
    Woh is ghazal ke jariye,
Nagme mai dhal kar jahar hogaya.
    Khan.

  6. this is one of the most beautifull written and well sang ghazals of Begum Akhteri ! i love it too much i just copied the first verse of this great poerty to set my facebook status. this is one of the most greatest ghazals which makes my whole family flood into tears! so elegantly emotional mind blowing out of the world! people Akhteri Bayii and others like her will always be alive in our hearts through their great voice poetry singing music compositions etc . ones voice is God mercy on him or her ! one is so bless having a melodeous voice he or she cAn bring out the feelings to the dark heart world so the people can relate each word to themselfs and can cry into oceans their problems betrayals sorrows etc
may Allah the Greatest of all bless everyone and may have his mercy on every person ever exsited or ever will exsits in this dark world of broken hearted people , world of tears, world of sadness !
    Ameen
